This is one of the best things you can do to enable your ISAM infrastructure to be easily consumed by your organizations developers. They can both develop OAuth clients without the need to bother an administrator, and can generate OIDC credentials that can be used for SSO into their own applications.
This is a model we have adopted within IBM and we have hundreds of applications making use of the organisations IdPs, both on the employee side, and the external side.
